Rules: 

1.  11 v 11 unlimited subs, can substitute on any dead ball.  GUARANTEED 3 MATCHES!

2. 2 X 23 min halves

3.  2 Groups of 4 teams.  Top 2 teams advance to playoffs from each division.  Teams will play 2 x 23 minute halves.  Clock will be running so get players on and off the field as quickly as possible with subs and injuries, your player must exit the field on the nearest touchline and the sub must be ready at midfield to come in there will be no added time !!!  Top two teams will be decided in this way: a) Points  b) head to head  c) Goal Diff  d) Goals For e) Goals Against                f) Shutouts  g) coin toss

4.  All FIFA Rules and Regulations Apply.  We will have one referee officiating all games.

5.  Playoffs will take place on the same day the 16th. Semi-finals will be one straight 30 minute half. Finals will be one straight 35 minute half.  In the event of a tie there will be one 10 minute overtime and if still tied the game will be decided by a penalty shootout.

6.  Trophy will be given to the winner along with a discounted fee into next year's Cup.

7.  Games will begin at at 8:15 AM for Group A and go until 12:50 PM.  For GROUP B it will begin at 1:30 pm and go until 6:00 pm.  Playoffs begin at 6:45 PM Aug 16th and end 9:00 PM.

8.  There will be 2 Teams advancing into the playoffs from the 2 groups. 1st place of group A will play 2nd place of Group B and vice versa.

9.  All medical waivers must be signed by all players on all teams NO EXCEPTIONS!

10.  A double yellow will result in expulsion from only the game that is being played at the time, the player will be allowed to play in the following match.

11.  A straight red is a one match suspension so the player will not be allowed to play the following game.  A straight red from fighting will result in expulsion from the tournament.  Slide tackling considered dangerous by the referee will not be tolerated.

12.  If your team backs out with less than 2 weeks notice of tournament, your deposit shall be forfeited and a replacement team will be found.

13. If a team fails to show up for their match, the opposition will be given a forfeit victory and can use the field and time for a scrimmage match or rest period.

14.  This is a friendly tournament just play soccer and have fun, don't bother referees and keep the foul mouths at home.
